I also love the way they set up the payment system. They make sure you 100% understand what the cost will be, before they proceed with any treatments they do! I’ve never been to a vets office that does this, it’s great! Most vets you will end up finding out after the fact unless it’s a surgery.

They are thorough, but not pushy. They are kind and respectful to the owners and the pets. We will always use Critter Fixed for our Vet needs.
Critter Fixer is the best!!! They treat all of our babies and I wouldn't trust anyone else! Dr. Horton saved our cat. Plus they treat our Guinea Pigs, if it weren't for them I don't know what we would do! Dr. King has treated our little piggie Chiko twice now and we love her! The staff is so sweet and friendly! Love all the Drs and staff!

I would like to thank Dr Horton so much for the time she took up with me and my husband lengthy on the phone with the both of us and a good while in person. She gave us information on some tests that could be done that we were unaware of to give our Delilah a better quality of life. She was very genuine and sincere. We think she’s a Excellent Doctor who truly loves animals so much. We are so grateful and happy to see what we can do after these test are done to give our baby the best life possible.
