Sent someone out and had to pay 99$ “for inspection” then called to schedule appointment, they wouldn’t schedule unless 50 % deposit was paid. Do they really think people will not pay for services after 99$ is paid to walk around the house in peek in the attic? Is service not good enough that they require 50% before attempting to schedule an appointment? Yep out 99$ for what we already knew. Different company is coming out free of charge for inspection.

I had a major raccoon problem in my attic. CC helped me remove a 15 pound female and two little ones who had wreaked havoc in the insulation. These guys really care, and do not stop until the problem is solved. They are our go-to for any pest issues.
Chris arrived on time. Explained the extent of the work, along with the cost.
Chris has helped with bat and squirrel removal at various rental properties I manage. He is honest, professional and a clear communicator, and I've been nothing but pleased!
