A tech was out to my home on 12-20-24 to do an inspection for a bird that we believe is getting inside our basement wall. He said it was mice and would be in contact to set bait on the outside. He spent about 45 minutes going around the house and taking pictures. We were charged $299 plus tax. No follow up was done until I complained today. I was told the charge was for coming out and taking pictures. We have caught a couple mice in the past since we live out in the country a bit. The inspection was completed on 12.19.24 and revealed mice activity, but no bird activity. I had a problem with squirrels ripping of shingles and clawing their way under the peak of my roof causing lots of damage, and they even got burrowed in to have little squirrels. I called squirrel busters and they suggested I call Critter Control and have a guy named ******** **** come take a look, and did he ever. He set traps, took pictures , explained the process to me and, discussed plan A and B if A didn't work with the traps. This place is awful!!!! First off, they had me sign a pad that was blank and he said it was just to approve them to do the service which was not correct. I was told they would leave the trapping cages out for two weeks and they did not. They took the traps in a total of a week due to a holiday in the mist and the locking of the traps on Fridays early morning so Fridays were a waste of time. Each customer is quoted our service fee, as well as costs for each animal removal BEFORE we allow a customer to schedule and send a technician to a property. Those fees are approved again onsite before we provide services. A copy was emailed to your account at the time of signing. Matt was very professional. He took the time to explain his process and what we could expect. He should up when he said he would and very friendly. The repair he made was the work of a craftsman. I highly recommend Matt.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that Matthew has regarding mice. He presented us with options and I am feeling much more at ease with having a plan to combat the issue. I'm happy to have a quality company like this when in a stressful situation as having mice!
