Tyler came out and went into the attic and climbed and walked the full roof line. He asked a few questions and said, you don't have squirrels in your attic. Offered a suggestion on our gutter guard and left. Unlike a couple of other national companies who claimed there were squirrels and quoted over $3500 for work these guys were good and honest and left w/ no money.
This company is very unresponsive and difficult to deal with. After two missed appointments by their technician and three calls from me, a "supervisor" said he would waive the monthly fee. Needless to say, that never happened. Looking for an alternative provider
