John and Toni are great to work with . Very knowledgeable and honest.
I called a total of 5 different servicers to get a quote to due routine maintenance and cleaning of my furnace and AC units. 2 never answered the phone, and 2 were willing to book me at $200 dollars or more. I called Critical Heating & Cooling and Ms. Toni was no BS on why I should wait to service my AC and thoroughly explained why but did say they would be able to service my furnace for a fraction of the price I was quoted from other commercial servicers AND!!!!!
