We enjoyed our experience with Criterion Property Management. Our home had very few issues and worked very well for us. We had minimal problems with connecting with management within a reasonable timeframe. Overall a good experience.
Great people, have a very pleasant personality. I'm not sure if there is anything at this point. I've just rented a place, still moving in. A little bit over the top about money I feel too hungry for it, at least one of the owners. I heard some things that I intend to address and take it from there. Other than that they treated me nicely, but you're always treated nice when money is in your hands. We'll see.
