We rented from Criterion for about 9 yrs. Nice people, great to work with.
The gentleman who showed us the house was an amazing man . We applied for a very nice upscale town home . Filled out the application and one of the applicants didn’t have perfect credit . My credit is amazing . The other applicants had amazing credit as well . Our total income is over 20K a month . James Scott later took over denied our application refused to refer us to the client whose home we looked at . Later referred us to a house that is less than acceptable. They have very bad tenants
Criterion/ James has been great. Prompt to respond to requests and proactive after storms for cleanup which is nice. We've been here about 3 years and have no complaints
