They have very bad tenants
Criterion/ James has been great. Prompt to respond to requests and proactive after storms for cleanup which is nice. We've been here about 3 years and have no complaints
They rent to the most obnoxious people. Constant partying, underage drinking at 3am. Yelling and screaming all hours of the night. Not to mention the 10 feet bonfires they have and putting other properties at risk. Would add videos, but not an option.
