I had to cancel my Colonoscopy with this Dr, as the very rude office staff misinformed me that my surgical center was covered by my in network insurance. She did not understand my insurance representative questions to validate coverage and refused to schedule my colonoscopy at an in network center that was covered and where the Dr. performs colonoscopies at. Her lack of helpfulness, incompetence , along with arrogance was shocking to my husband and I. I hope this Dr. is aware of how many patients she is costing unnecessary f... read more
Dr. Wiese is great but I'm so shocked she doesn't make changes to her front desk staff. Rude and unprofessional and extremely unpleasant. Casey (spelling?) Seems very unhappy with her job and certainly has no training or concept of customer service
I have never seen such an unfriendly front desk. That is the end of our visit.
Dr. Christine Wiese is exceptional. She came highly recommended by several friends, and I am incredibly grateful I followed their advice and scheduled an appointment with her.Makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed.
