Dr. Perez met all my needs, was very thorough, and understood my pain . Finally someone who actually cares! 5 stars all the way
Lacks empathy and clear communication skills. Relies on the patient to articulate symptoms in the precise way she’s looking for, rather than seeking to understand the full scope of the problem. Dismissive verging on rude. I was told that my test results “don’t make sense,” therefore she can’t help me. This is the second IU Health rheumatologist to completely fail at their job, so I’m done.
She is the best could not ask for a better doctor
I was very disappointed in Dr perez that she would change my diagnosis on my chart and not discuss it with me and then she wouldn’t call me back and even talk to me over the phone about it. She had her nurse call me and then she just messaged me. I think that’s sad that when our patient has a question And the doctor cannot call to discuss it so I’m finding a new doctor because I was very disappointed
