I strongly advise buyers to avoid Cristina John. After we had wired the funds, she treated my mother with shocking disrespect over a minor delivery left outside on the steps one day early. Her hostile response — including threatening to call the police — was completely unprofessional. Choose an agent who knows how to treat clients with respect.
Purchase a property listed by Cristina John. Home depot delivered supplies by 1 day before closing, She demanded we removed the boxes from the front door else she would call the police for trespassing. This is after I had already wire funds for the purchase. She is NOT a helpful realtor nor professional. It was a nightmare to deal with Ms. John.
