Dr. Faletti herself is good but her staff is disappointing. They have attitude, act like you bothering them and then I tried three times within two days to call. They never say thank you for calling and asked to put you on hold. They just put you on hold one time, I literally heard a girl sign, and say damn under her breath when I called and was sent straight to hold, for them not to pick up in over 10 mins, so I hung up!
