From the first phone call to the store, the girls were wonderful! Searching the internet paid off as i had not heard of Cristallini. My gown was absolutely perfect for the Mother-of-the-Bride and I was grateful to receive so many complements! Thank you for your exquisite and elegant dresses but also for your excellent help with a long distance sale and spot on customer service.
I visited this store with my mum and we had a wonderful experience. The staff (Alina and Lucia) were absolutely excellent—friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout our visit. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to assist us. Great customer service and a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back!
My dress was so beautiful. Everyone asked where I got it. Izamar was so friendly and helpful in every step. She was even able to get me a matching scarf, made by them, last minutes.
