I have not encountered such terrible staff in a very long time. Staff member “Twila” entered my information wrong, and was incredibly rude, unkind, and just overall unpleasant. Made me feel like a complete nuisance. I had to miss school, arrange childcare, only to be treated so poorly. As someone who desperately struggles with endometriosis and was here looking for help, I am very discouraged. Staff often reflects directly who they work for. Would not recommend and will not be back.
I have never had such a caring, understanding and compassionate Gynecologist. I have been through heck and back with several issues throughout the years and most of the Doctors have just blown me off until it was too late. Doctor Thomas listens to your issues and concerns then develops a plan with you. She is very gentle and takes her time explaining everything to you and then makes sure you understand everything before you leave. I wish all Doctors were like this! Unfortunately i was in able to receive and treatment or council from the doctor. Twila, the young girl in the front is incredibly disrespectful and rude. So unkind. There was a mistake made, not on my own, and i was treated as if i made the mistake, and was spoken too so nasty by miss Twila. So will be going somewhere else.
She is a great doctor. I highly recommend.
She is amazing I will be 61 this year and I Appreciate her patients and the time she takes to talk to me Love her !!!!
