UPMC Health Network and Hospitals claim to be leaders in medical technology offering state of the art medical care to its patients. This man changed my life...by butchering me beyond belief! If you are ever referred to him, RUN as far and as fast as you can. He is as incompetent as they come. I can't hold him responsible for the damage he did, but I can sure let others know what a butcher he is!
