Every time I see her it’s over 1 1/2 hours to see her after my scheduled appointment. She may be good according to the reviews, but part of being good is respecting others people’s time. I have Never had a doctor in my life who has made me wait this long to see her. The excuse always given is that there may have been an emergency, ok maybe, but every time I go to see her? I am done with her!
MY WIFE HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS OFFICE. NEVER GOT TO SEE THE DOCTOR - WENT THRU HOOPS JUST TO SE THE P.A. ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT BLOOD WORK I HAD REQUESTED, ARGUED ABOUT DIAGNOSTIC TESTS, AND MOST UNSETTLING, THE DOCTOR DID NOT APPROVE OF MY WIFE SITTING IN ON APPOINTMENT WITH DAUGHTER WHO HAS LEARNING DISABILITIES. THEY NOTIFIED MY WIFE BY MAIL THAT THEY DO NOT WANT HER AS PATIENT. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING, RUDE!

Dr Criss is extremely personable. Unfortunately I have to wait one and a half hours in the waitingvroom and anither twenty minutes when taken back and for that reason I am seeking another doctor outwith the Millenium Physicians Group.
Dr Criss is a superb Doctor and as with all excellent Doctors of which are few and far between have times when there's going to be long wait periods to see her, which is normal for high quality Doctors. She also has an excellent staff.
Dr. Criss is one of the best doctors. She spends time and really listens to her patients. Sure sometimes you have to wait for her but that is because she is giving her previous patient quality time. When you are called for your appointment I am sure you will get the same quality time. As for billing, that is done by the home office not by Dr. Criss. You have a problem with that you should call them not blame her.
Over books. I never saw her for the first two years as her patient. When I did see her she had me wait in patient room for over an hour. When she came in had the wrong patient up, then when she finally got my chart up reviewed old test.
Dr Criss is a excellent doctor with a excellent staff. I needed a referral in a timely mannor. She and her staff come through taking time to understand my unique situation and offering excellent advice. She is very concerned about her patients health and well being.
Charged for extra services when I was in for a routine physical, requested appt with Dr Criss and only got to see her P.A.....Took 3 appts and 3 co pays for what is suppose to be a free yearly physical, asked for 2 refferals to specialists....neither recieved by either facility.....Office is terrible following thru on paperwork and over charges to Medicare....I would not recomend this facility and if you do go there, check your bill closely.
