NPA was rude and unwilling to listen. No bedside manner. This practice in only about the money
Dr Criss is simply the BEST there is. I’ve seen many many Drs but her and her staff cannot be rated high enough. She’s been through far too many ER visits, hospitalizations, tests, many other things to count. She’s always kind, caring and aware of what is going on. There’s literally no other PCP like her
They always worked me in if needed I never felt rushed. You might wait a while, but that's because someone else needed her care and listening ear. I only saw her PA twice. If I requested her, I saw her. She is very proactive, listens well. We shared personal life stories...she is just wonderful.
Highly disappointed in the level of care Dr.Criss provided.
Every visit includes a minimum 1-2 hour wait, regardless of the appointment time. MD visits average 5 minutes with minimal care.

In my first visit I can see this doctor more than one hour after my scheduled app. I was looking for a Good family doctor for take care of me and my daugther as well, but my experience was really bad with her and the office in general. The consultation per se was really short all the cuestion that I asked to the nurse I dont receive the answers. the consultation was overpriced the reasons no convinced me because I dont recive any of the solutions that I was looking for... she was a last minute change , was not our regular Dr. Waited a long time in the room for visit! when she entered the room stood by the door like we had the plague, she did not want to check out my husbands hands. proceeded to GUESS what was wrong with him, from a distance. Without knowing what he was already taking for medications she prescribed something that would harm him if he took it, our pharmacist caught it! thank God! she was rude, non caring, and when she was called out on her mistakes she then banned my husband an... read more
