I had a hysterectomy on 4/11 and spent the night in the OB wing. I HAD to have some of the nicest, most capable nurses on the planet taking care of me. So, thank you SO much to Ms. Easter, Sumer, Brittany, Susan (I hope!), Joy, and Kristi. You were all absolutely wonderful!
I had my daughter at Chris Regional today. Everyone was so nice and helped any way they could.I will be going back.
My mother spent time in the ER and then in day surgery on Saturday (2/10) for kidney stones. She was in a great deal of pain. Nurse Becky in ER made her feel much better with her patience and kindness. Thank you! Then Dr. Lyons was terrific both with my mother and keeping us informed of her procedure. Thank you! Recovery nurses Ashley and Brittany were very patient and sweet. They did not rush the process which made my mother more comfortable. Thank you both!

I can’t say enough about the nursing staff at this hospital. ER nurses Erin Cauley and Holly McGlamory were simply phenomenal. They were so attentive, caring, and compassionate. Then in ICU, nurse Dewayne Farmer, was incredible. We had a pretty stubborn patient but he was there and never let it bother him. He answered every single question we had and kept a great upbeat personality and made us all laugh. You could tell he loved his job. Doctors and nurses get the excellent rating. As for the billing and accounts department, they have a bunch of idiots working there. They get a minus 5 stars. Why does it take a year to get your bill? Why can't they communicate with your insurance company correctly? Why do I get different answers about the same bill each time I call? Y'all need to hire me for accounts payable. I could work circles around your current staff.
