Voluntarily admitted myself but stayed an extra two days because I was never told that I needed to fill out and sign a discharge request. Almost every single time that I asked one of the nurses a question, they either gave me the runaround and or said that they didn’t know. Really? They act like you’re a burden and not worth their time. A few seem to be on major power trips. Did they forget that without us patients, they wouldn’t have a job to begin with. A few have even tried to make things about race! Shameful and disgusti... read more

This is the worst of the worst places to be.They keep people there who aren't supposed to be there. My son went in voluntarily as he needed help. They put him under the bakers act so he couldn't leave for 3 days. They almost never answer their phones nobody has the answers to general question all you get is " I don't know". My son had his appt at 10 we were told to come pick him up at 4 pm. We get there nobody knows he was getting picked up so we come back at 5 pm he still isn't out there. So finally he comes out and we take ... read more

The staring system is difficult. I would have given a one for my experience, but my son may have given a four or five. I am grateful his experience was different. I just insured I had saved the number that came up to make sure I got the call. I missed a call at 2303 and returned that call at 0005, giving permission to continue his medications. I still struggle with the need for permission to contin... read more

This is an abusive facility that willingly gives out fake diagnosis to keep mentally stable people there against their will. There are some real mental health patients there, but some are also pre-determined to get a diagnosis that could discredit them to stand trial. They also violate HIPPA at their discretion. This facility needs to be investigated for medically abducting perfectly sane professionals of the community that have incriminating evidence that anyone refuses to look at. They do this so people can't stand trial a... read more

It is a safe place for those in crisis. The nurses genuinely care and try to help their patients. Patients stay in the clothes they came in with. Visiting hours are 715 to 815 every night.
