If you want help you came to the wrong place, they do not offer resources. The night time staff is useless, they would be better off with roomba's running the night shift. They only care how much money they can suck out of your insurance. You get 28 days of sleeping indoors with them coming in your room every single hour to give you sleep deprivation on mattresses that must have come from a junk yard on childrens twin beds glued to the floor. I utilize CRC when in crisis. It always helps me baseline to myself. It provides perspective, rest, distance from current stressors, counsel with clinicians I trust, just a break from literally everything. You can call and refer yourself to get a bed, I always do that, and they welcome me with open arms. I recommend CRC Waukesha, or even the CRC's in Milwaukee, to anyone. They now only deal with cases. If you are homicidal or suicidal, if you are having other mental health crisis issues, they're going to refer you to other places which i'm guessing, this is because they don't have enough people, but it comes off as extremely dismissive and one day when that happens and when they dismiss somebody and tell them to go talk to somebody else.That's going to be the death of the person that they told that. I can guarantee that it's going to be somebody's thirteenth reason.

i enjoyed it so much at this resource center they have food provided the staff are amazingly kind and helpful and caring 10 out of 10 experience

My experience here was nothing short of amazing. The entire staff is wonderful - compassionate, very resourceful and always uplifting. They took the time to really get to know me. Not only did they provide me with much needed resources, but they also made sure I was comfortable and safe at all times. The Waukesha CRC is an all around fantastic support system! I am so grateful for their help!
