If I could give less than one star I would. I was with another clinic and am diagnosed as SMI with Bipolar Disorder. They never reached out to me when my case was transfered to them from my clinic of over ten years and I had to hunt down myself who they are. Every time I try to receive services, they refuse to schedule me and try to force me to do an evaluation as a new patient. Mercy care confims this is not needed yet this clinic still refuses to help. never been to this place but i have been receiving a bill from them for over a year. glad to hear theyre going under.
My therapist Kelsey told me that I wasn’t worth her time and made me feel like I’m too broken to save. She was someone I trusted and looked forward to seeing every week and the second I mention I’m having a tough time she gave up on me. Left me feeling devastated and alone. I understand why this place is closing and hope she doesn’t make anyone else feel the way she made me feel hopeless. Absolutely unacceptable
