Absolutely not professional. The last time I was in the front dest lady was on a personal call for over 15 minutes while ignoring office calls. I have been waiting on a referral for over a month. I call and call and can never get any one to answer. The dental service is mediocre at best.. aside from the dental assistants who are great, the place is barely a dental office. If you're only looking for x-rays and regular dental cleaning, this is the place for you for all others, not so much.
Took 6 weeks to get an appointment after calling in with pain to my tooth. Thinking during the visit they would fix it. Dentist looked at my back molar said I had a filling that fell out and a cracked tooth with a slight infection there. He said antibiotics wouldn’t help much and that he needed to get in there and clean it. I said great let’s get to work on it. my daughter and i have only had good experiences here, which is saying a lot for a dentist office! the people are nice and professional. i have had an emergency same day appointment here for my kiddo here before. today they kinda amazed me because i had an appointment i was dreading even tho i been wanting to get it done forever and they got me in and out of there in like 20 minutes i am so glad and relieved
EDIT 2: 9/29 I have called this practice weekly for 3 months to resolve the issue described below. They have failed to return my call even one single time. EDIT: Just when i thought it couldn't get any worse, they did! I received a bill in the mail today for $1200! The bill has no description of services performed on it, only "balance forward". It says its 60 days past due when they clearly had my mailing address wrong, i can tell because they used white out and hand wrote it in. Even though I updated it in office three mont... read more
