Dang! WHAT A TOTAL HACK!!! For some bizarre and unknown reason, their "dentist" only seemed interested in looking at only one single tooth??? when I was explaining the many other issues going on with other teeth, he quickly interrupted me saying that he was only looking at just the one tooth today... SO BIZARRE AND LARGELY UNPROFESSIONAL. So now I have to make another appointment, miss another day of work and go back to get him to do his damn homework. What a complete disaster and total nightmare.
Attempted Medicaid fraud - completely inaccurate assessment and attempt to have me come back for two appointments to have deep scaling. I immediately switched to a new dental plan and thankfully excellent dentist and hygienist who yesterday found my dental health to be great, which is consistent with my previous dentist in AZ. The Healthy Smiles, Lincoln City hygienist said I had deep gum pockets, loose teeth, and bone loss - all lies confirmed by my recent, accurate exam. Run from this dental practice as fast as you can.
Was honestly the best place ive ever been to, everyone made me feel so comfortable and even got me in an hour early.
Awesome experience. Everyone was polite and non judgmental. And you get a great view while in the dental chair.
Absolutely not professional. The last time I was in the front dest lady was on a personal call for over 15 minutes while ignoring office calls. I have been waiting on a referral for over a month. I call and call and can never get any one to answer. The dental service is mediocre at best.. aside from the dental assistants who are great, the place is barely a dental office. If you're only looking for x-rays and regular dental cleaning, this is the place for you for all others, not so much.
