Criollo is true to its name in Spanish, which means 'Creole' and brings that mixture of culture and flavors to their menu. Inside the kitchen, most of the dishes are inspired by the Caribbean, but it also draws influence from Mexico and South America as well. The creativity is highlighted throughout the menu, for instance, the Salmon Tostada and Bavette Steak are two interesting dishes that mix flavors from Cuba, Mexico and Argentina. Definitely a nice place to visit, when you seek something outside of the norm.

White Shrimp Tacos. The Bomb! Great food and terrific waitstaff
Sweet little find with personal and attentive staff. I am in sink with the sustainability of our consumption so I was in before I arrive, yet I was became a fan after enjoying the delicious family style served food. We enjoyed happy hour foods and some adult beverages. Would say they could expand the beer to include $1 off for happy hour....why not!!! The food was so tasty and fresh. The home made hot sauce sweet yet spicy. I will be back!!
Always consistently good service and great food. I've tried almost everything on the menu and you can't go wrong. It's my go to place when I'm in town.

We celebrated my daughter’s 22nd bday here 12-20-19 and had excellent service! 4 of the 7 of us are Vegan and we found plenty of amazing options to choose from. Delightful attentive waitress and outstanding FOOD!! My new fav place to eat/drink in Flagstaff!
