Came in for my daughter, she needed a hair cut and eventually she wanted some highlights into her hair. Although the place looks very nice, the customer service was not. We came in was greeted by a young lady who was sitting down, did not get up nor ask us if we needed anything. We waited at the front desk for 15 mins, the young lady who said " hello" sat there on her phone.
