RUDE OWNER I have never met anyone who owns a business that is more rude than Kip. I will never enter this store again. He caters to individuals who look the part of money, and will treat every else like they are not worthy to be in his store. He needs refresher courses in how to treat customers ! A retailer review I have been involved in the retail business for 46 years. I would like to comment briefly on the reviews of customer service for this store and others. Every establishment has the right to set it's own return and other store policies. How these policies are enforced, or adjusted to the particular situation constitutes much of customer service. LACINDA I recently found this store in past year, have purchased many things and brought friends and family to show them this neat store! Until last week 11-20-10, I purchased a necklace and needed to return it or exchange it-due to receiving the same piece of jewelry from a friend, so wanted to get refund/exchange. No respect given to customers UNBELIEVABLE! I will never shop at Crimson Ridge again. Kip (the owner) was beyond rude when I asked about a wine rack. I was treated as though I was subhuman and not deserving of respect. I was also attempting to purchase some items inbetween the aisles in the back by the candy section when he came by looking at me and said things I won't repeat here but essentially made me out as a shoplifter!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ALL OF ROCKFORD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Great for Gifts When I need to find a gift for someone, this is one of my stops. They have two floors of unique finds. From Brighton Handbags to Socks. They offer all sorts of bath and body products and chocolates. They even have the hard to find Robeez shoes for babies, very reasonably priced. My only complaints are that the fresh flowers dont last as long as they should, and the staff can come across downright rude. If you can get past that, buy a gift and get free gift wrapping. Crimson Ridge...TEACHERS SHOULD BOYCOTT THIS STORE "Teachers are the stupedest people I have ever met," (not a typo)said owner of Crimson Ridge, Kip, while ranting on about how he hates to wrap gift items area teachers come into his establishment to purchase on a frequent basis. Awesome Store! Crimson Ridge is a wonderful place to shop. I have shopped there occasionally for many years and never have encountered rudeness or poor service. This store is a fun place to wander around!!
Where was Joni J. shopping?????? I have been shopping at Crimson Ridge for a least 4 years now, I can always find something my wife will love!!! I have been in there all times of the day, all days of the week, and all times of the year, and I never seen a rude associate, and the morale is always top notch!!! I work in retail........and this establishment is first class, and always has exceptional service!!!!! I would love to have the caliber of associates and management working for me!
