I would give zero stars if I could. I submitted a new patient form nine months ago for my 2-year-old daughter and have been calling almost every week since. Each time, I was given excuses: someone was sick, someone was on vacation, or I’d hear back the following week. Now, after all this waiting, they finally tell me they’re not accepting new patients. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when it comes to the care of a young child. I expected far better from a healthcare provider.
The doctor is rude the staff are not on the same page. You are never seen at your appointment time. You wait forever either in the lobby or in a room to be seen only to be seen over an hour later than your scheduled time.
