Crimson Pain Management have decided NOT to answer calls it goes straight to VM all day long. I have been trying to get an appointment for the past month and left 2 messages a week apart and non was returned. I am a current patient but can’t even make an appointment, it didn’t use to be that way and now it’s time to find another Doctor it’s just not worth it. Very frustrating.

They don’t appear to ever answer their phones. And they don’t have a voicemail set up. Like going back in time to 1978 when phones just rang indefinitely until the caller hangs up. Stay classy, Crimson!! If you’re looking for a responsive, capable and available medical office, steer clear of this train wreck.
The Bad: you see a doctor in 1st visit but he is not the doctor administering the shots; so you hope nothing gets missed. Something did..they did an MRI but not a regular x-ray. A regular x-ray would have shown a synovial cyst that they missed in an MRI. After the 1st set of injections (alot of money) I told them that barely any relief. So they did another round of injections....again alot of money. After Zero relief I begged my PCP to refer me to someone else.
