Scheduled an appointment for jewelry changed. Picked out my nose ring signed paperwork. Was told that I was waiting for sterilization. Let's just say I left after waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes. No one came back to check on me or give me a heads up on the wait.
I chose this place because of the reviews about how friendly and welcoming the environment was. Could not agree more!! Dylan was SO lovely getting me in for a same day nose piercing and helping me pick out jewelry. I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in. Rob pierced my nose and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed about everything he was doing. Highly highly highly recommend!
if you’re nervous about getting pierced, come here!! robb and crimson are two of the sweetest, most laid back people ever :) really nice assortment of beautiful jewelry, and if you have any issues with your piercing they are always so sweet and happy to help. highly recommend
I’ve been pierced here multiple times by different piercers and everyone is extremely professional! Everyone is very patient, educated, and kind. Can’t recommend enough if you want a quality piercing and exceptional customer service. Jewelry quality is also unmatched (reflected in the pricing but any quality body art is expensive but also very worth it) (for reference ive gotten my lobes, nostril, septum, and vertical labret here)
been there twice so far and plan to continue going to crimson and gold they are all awesome! Brandon has been working with me on my tattoos and is super chill, knowledgeable, and responsive to messages about appointments or even going over potential projects i’ve wanted to get done.
