Everyone was really friendly and extremely helpful. I was a walk-in, for a nostril piercing. Despite not having an appointment Dylan was able to fit me in rather quickly. I was walked through every step of the process- from jewelry purchase to piercing procedure, and after care. Dylan was exceptional at explaining what to expect as the piercing was taking place, and maintaining comfort throughout. I echo the sentiment about sterilization as well. went with my girlfriend to get piercings back-to-back. we felt super comfortable and rob explained every part of the process. he was super friendly, accommodating, and professional. the jewelry selection had decent variety and I was very pleased with the quality. my best piercing experience to date. highly recommend.
The best experience I've ever had with a piercer. Robb was so personable and funny. They made sure to explain everything throughout the process, even showing me how effective the sterilizer machine worked for my jewelry before piercing me. 10/10 recommend. I will absolutely be back for my next one!!
Fantastic service. Robb was the piercer for me and my aunt and he was super respectful and upbeat. He was very descriptive with aftercare.
I got my nose pierced by Robb. This is by far the best piercing I’ve gotten. It healed super fast and looks great! If you’re looking for a clean welcoming environment with some great people this is the place to go!
