I’ve lived at Crimson Court a long time and can say that the current management team is highly professional and efficient. I’d like to give a particular shout-out to Steven Mixco and his maintenance services team (all of them), who have been extremely responsive to any individual requests, which have been completed in a timely manner. Crimson Court is an amazing place to live! Not only is it close to Harvard and public transportation, but the management and maintenance team are incredible. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and quick to act. I recently needed some service to a closet door, and Service Manager Steven and his team came to assess the problem and promptly replaced the entire existing door system. I am grateful to them!

BAN this Building. DO NOT RENT! The city and health administration are looking at this building because of nonstop mice issues that they don't take care of posing health risks. It is full of mice. People smoke and it smells. The laundry in the building never works. Non-stop package theft. 100's of phone calls and they will not fix anything. It is filthy. Scary Elevator. We have stayed here for a few years and we have seen it get worse and worse every year.
