Easy 5 stars...All the Stylists are very friendly. I have been going to Sara for several years. She has an awesome personality. I actually enjoy going to get my haircut by her cause she makes it fun...All the staff are great. No doubt, I would recommend this salon to friends.

Their customer service is very poor. Weren't consistent with the reminder calls. When I called today to inquire about an appointment with someone who recently left, I was given the runaround about rescheduling. No one had planned on calling me, they were just going to let me show up to tell me they didn't have the time to take care of me. My time is important too, I'm a mom as well as a business owner. Never going back.

Hello Trista, We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the stylist you are referencing left on Friday and we did not have the traditional 2 weeks time to prepare our clientele for the upheaval. We did, however, contact all clients booked for today, last Friday and left messages for those who did not answer the call. Currently, we only have one stylist trained to do the service you were scheduled for and that stylist is booked for the next month.
