Well i had court today 5-22-26 I was advised of my attorney and his name from reginal council talked to him on Monday five days before court advised me to show up for court he just got case.i cant believe sat there til last plaintiff attorney that suppose to represent me come on now im trying to fight a case.i sure hope to get good out come from this court appointed attorney.feeling confused
No one answers the phone or responds to voicemail. I have questions and concerns.
Benjamin Neglia was represented to appoint me! He didn’t do his job when he was in front of the judge. So I complained to his supervisor. As soon as he got the complaint, instead of making it right he decided to drop me as a client! Sorry you can’t man up and do what your paid for! Pathetic! Zero stars if I could!
I asked for a public defender in order to clear my name , I felt like your services were inadequate to be honest. I believe my representation failed to counsel me properly. If you continue to serve the public as so it will be a unfair disservice, I called ur office days in and out trying to get in contact , yet no one was able to pick up my calls Until a couple days prior to my court date. I was left in court with out a understanding of the court process , or the feeling that I'm being representative properly.
