Do yourselves a favor and do not go with this company. Especially, if they come with your new built home. They had us sign a contract for an alarm system with NO window sensors before we moved in. Found out once we were in the home and the installation tech was rude about it. I signed up for automatic payments. Within the four years we’ve been with them, their system has failed THREE TIMES. They forget to charge you and then come to you with a billing statement for the past however many months they “lost you in the system”. ... read more
