I reported an issue with our security system and left a voice mail. I received a prompt response and Bill was very attentive to our situation. He was able to disconnect two medical pendants that we were no longer using, then reset the system. He provided timely and understandable information about what was being done. He made sure the system was reset and functioning properly. Bill did an excellent job and we are extremely satisfied with his work and with CPSS as our home security provider. Thank you very much. Another excellent experience with CPSS. Today was assisted remotely to link up my app with a thermostat . Technician Joe was brilliantly personable and very much like other Crime Prevention staff had a genuine interest in solving my issue . Joe was genius in getting my system and app sorted . Highly recommended .
