Was pleasantly surprised when a human voice answered the phone on a Sunday early afternoon when I was, without going into details, in a situation where I desperately needed a hydraulic hose made for my excavator. Multiple times, they have stayed late or made hoses for me after hrs, or taken payment over the phone and stashed it for me to pick up after hrs. Very good people working here, knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for hydraulics even if it was across the street.
