Used Nimsi Crider to purchase a house in February 2023. Like a fool, I used the house inspector that she recommended. This house has been very costly with repairs that a legitimate inspector would have caught. AC and furnace had to be replaced after a few months, not a single screen on any windows, window seals are horrid and leak, sliding door lock is broken, big gap at top of front door letting air and bugs in, not a single smoke detector in house, covered patio leaked badly, and roof needed repair.
