I have been in several times this week and the owner has helped me every time. He was extremely nice and organized as I had two children with me the first time and needed to make it quick and he was awesome! I was also in again today he was extremely nice and took care of everything I needed and really went above and beyond!! Thank you so much! You are always so great when I stop in and for that I will be a customer for life! ❤️

I went into Crider's to purchase a Pandora ring. Upon entry I was not greeted. I stood in front of the ring case and found the ring that I wanted to purchase, and I was still not acknowledged. I stood in front of the ring display for a few minutes before leaving. I left the store and not one employee noticed my entry or my exit. I have shopped there before, but I will never shop there again. Horrible customer service.
