Becareful buying from this particular cricket store. I’ve always buy from cricket I went through progressive leasing and I left happy with my phone and when I was walking out the cashier said “oh this is free” I said “free!” She said “yea when u spend so much here u get a free speaker “ I said “ok ?!” I went home to check out my new phone and by surprise I didn’t see my receipt. I went in to terminate my services due to my phone no longer being operational. They were unable to help me close my account because I couldn't receive a PIN that was sent to the phone that doesn't work!
