Cricket Roofing re-roofed a home I was listing (I'm a Realtor). His crew was efficient and professional, and his price was lower than two other contractor bids we received. There was a minor issue upon inspection, which Randy's crew promptly came out and fixed! He was in communication with me every step of the way. I am so thankful for the customer service Cricket Roofing gave me and my client throughout.
Called Cricket Roofing for the second large leak due to previous roofing company's poor quality in my brand new roof. The crew patched up the leaky spot and sent pictures of the work, before and after. Couldn't be more pleased. Should have called them first.
Randy is the guy you want to do your roof but only if you want the job done quickly, professionally and with no surprises. Randy was out in front of each and every aspect of the work and paperwork. We never had to ask twice about anything, in fact, we barely had to ask once. He treats you how he would like to be treated. Absolutely give him a chance to bid on your work. You will not regret it.
