Good to work with, until warranty work was needed. I placed numerous phone calls and what I got was, well...crickets. Water coming through the roof into the garage because the flashing was not properly installed. In addition, they did not bother to hook up the dryer exhaust hose to the vent in the roof leading to major condensation buildup in the attic. I had to pay another roofer to fix the exhaust, and will eventually need to pay a drywall and painter to repair the numerous water spots all over our ceilings. Simple things ... read more

Cricket Roofing re-roofed a home I was listing (I'm a Realtor). His crew was efficient and professional, and his price was lower than two other contractor bids we received. There was a minor issue upon inspection, which Randy's crew promptly came out and fixed! He was in communication with me every step of the way.
