Was only there to provide a ride to the sister of a friend of mine who doesn't drive. So I only saw the outside of this place which seems to be very well maintained
Lived in one of the townhouses for about a year. Besides the bad customer service of a poorly managed apartment complex, this place is invested with roaches. It’s basically Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom outside around the trash bins outside. There’s no way to keep them from coming into your place.
We lived here for 3 years between 2015-2018 and it was the best. Danielle Falaschi was the manager at the time and she was fantastic and easy to work with. Hope that the single 1-star review is an anomaly and that Granville can’t gets their s*%# together because we loved it! Would live here again! Walk to Toleditos and a quick drive to Tower! Plus, easy access to every freeway!
Loved living here from 2015-2018. Really nice townhouse and convenient highway access. The townhouse is very energy efficient and quiet.
