I hired Crica Marble & Granite for an EXTENSIVE full home tile installation project, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The tiles were not grouted properly, and the overall installation was shoddy. Despite numerous attempts to contact them for corrections, they have been unresponsive and failed to return any of my calls. Work is good, I'd give more stars if they weren't dodging my calls when they still have a slab of mine for two vanities.
WOW WOW WOW!!! These guys are fantastic! Customer service is exceptional and the work ... unparalleled! We had a gorgeous piece of neolith fabricated and installed. It's beautiful and absolutely perfect. I would give 10 stars or more if I could.
