The movers at both the origin and destination were outstanding—fast, efficient, and professional. Hina was also excellent, providing a thorough orientation and going above and beyond to assist me. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly undermined by my move manager. There were multiple instances of miscommunication, poor follow-through, and inadequate follow-up.
