Boom. I visit boxes all over and this one has it dialed in. Personable members and coaches like Cody and welcoming owners like David. Methodical warm ups, warm introductions, challenging wods, and solid encouragement along the way. You will NOT be disappointed!
Love this gym. A bit space constrained, but the coaches are wonderful and the members really make you feel like you belong. I have made a lot of progress personally since joining.
I travel a lot with work and try to do drop-ins to keep up training while on the go. Did a drop-in for the 6AM yesterday and I must say it was one of the best drop-ins I been at. A really nice box with a friendly atmosphere and great workout! Keep up the good work!
