As always, for years, I am very pleased with the Service Department at Crews Subaru. I was concerned about a possible battery or electrical system issue for my 2019 Forester. I called and got an appointment for the next day. Shane Nicely, the service advisor , was extremely pleasant and helpful. The service tech, Juan, very carefully checked my newly installed Subaru branded battery and electrical system thoroughly and even sent me a video of the readings off of various testing devices. Can you imagine your A.C. going out in the middle of July??? ...arrrgh, talk about a sweaty mess for this gal. Had to wait a bit for my appt date to arrive, (bought a neck fan til -awesome product) and they set me up with a loaner car. First thing I did was crank the AC down so low & fan so high you could hang meat!!! Ha Very courteous staff and they got me on my way.
