I took my car to this shop for a transmission issue, and they quoted me $7,000 for a used one. That’s their right, but since I work in an auto shop, I bought the transmission myself for under $2,000 and installed it. I then brought the car to them just to program the computer, as the warning light was still on. Purchased a 2026 Forester and really pleased with whole process. Rhett is my go to salesperson. This is our 5th car Purchased from Rhett, that should tell you how feel about him. The the whole group was great. Pam and Kevin really took care of us. Service especially Tony were terrific.
Great Service experience today. 45k service on Crosstrek. Service Advisor, Kevin, was excellent, very good communication and I appreciated the extra time he took to explain all about this service and the next one. looking forward to my next visit.
I been getting service done a few times now and today I got an oil change done with tire rotation. My express service provider was Liz Campagnari. My service was great but I wanted to give a special shoutout to her for her wonderful service. She was kind and professional and helped me with all my request and questions. Even the little things like walking me outside straight to my car was appreciated. She was awesome! I hope I can request her for my future appointments. Thank you Liz and thank you crews Subaru!
