Arrived at the time I needed to be there
Sierra was fantastic and corrected all the poor information I received from a supposed “veteran” advisor. However, my time, gas, and work time off was wasted going to the service department for an issue that should have been resolved weeks prior when I was there. Be careful who your advisor is! Always double/triple check all information! I was told my vehicle was under warranty and the service appointment would be no cost, everything fixed for free. Took my car in for an issue. Had to wait 5 business days for the part (no loaner car available). Nearly $2,000 and a week I later Got the car back and there was oil all over the engine, the ring cap was loose..sloppy job. It's back in the shop so they can clean up their mess. Take pride in your work, people.
