I had high hopes for Crews chevrolet collision center and they were quickly crushed! I took my Lexus in to be repaired after an accident. Recommended by USAA, but honestly they need to be removed from the list of repair shops. My truck was repaired too fast and definitely not to my satisfaction! My hood was not realigned properly and there was noticeable space on each side of my hood. 5 hours ago DONT DESERVE 1 STAR. I Purchaaed my traverse in March 2022 from Crews and 3 weeks later was rear ended at a stop sign. I thought the dealership would be the best option for repairs & Crews chevy Collision provided an estimate for a 14hr simple repair of the back end. Crews had my vehicle from MAY until today 9/21 for a quoted 14hr repair from a rear end accident. As of July they began paying for the rental bc their shop had negligently caused additional damages to include all of the molding ,scratched all of the... read more
