My Chevy Cruze was working perfectly fine until I unexpectedly had to drive through flooded waters. The next day my car was making loud noises upon starting. I called my insurance and submitted a flood claim, as that is the only possible thing it could be! The vehicle was towed to Crews Chevy based off the suggestion of insurance and the close location. I brought my Tahoe to Crews Chevrolet at 9 AM for what should have been simple and routine maintenance: a tire rotation, oil change, and brake replacement. Here I am, seven hours later, and my vehicle is still not ready! Seriously, how long does it take to complete such basic services? This level of inefficiency is absolutely ridiculous. Took my Tahoe in to have the AC looked because the AC wasn’t cooling properly. They did a bandaid fix since the warranty was soon to expire. My AC wasn’t cooling again so I took it back to Crews and this time they had to order a part. I took it in and a week later, I went to pick it up and it was a total mess. I went to clean it and and notice there was dings and scratches on the driver and passenger doors. I took it back to Crews and that did an estimate for repairs. Absolutely the worst customer service that I've ever experienced. They screw up your vehicle and then act so nonchalant about fixing a problem they created.
