I was pretty disappointed with my experience at the Nora Crew Carwash on 3/17. I brought in my truck, which did have some mud on it from work—but nothing worse than I’ve taken through Crew carwash before. I was told my vehicle was “too dirty” and that I needed to go to another location to use a self-wash first, then come back. Not a very well maintained crew carwash. The girl checking cars into the wash wasn't paying attention and caused the car infront of me and my car both to hit the conveyors. Didn't care at all, this location may need some reevaluation.
It's always an easy experience
DO NOT COME HERE!! They scratched my car so bad, all over the hood and the top! It is clear that they do not quality check their machinery! And they DENIED that it was them who scratched my car up after they had previously admitted it and sent us to get a quote for the paint. We got quoted $12,000 in damages!!!! These people are liars and thieves!! Will be taking them to court.
