Bought a car Friday 7/11 from a family member in Colorado and they washed it in a car wash for me - no issues. Drove home from Colorado and decided to get a membership again as I had one on my previous car - took it through 7/12 and my windshield cracked. Claims dept. is ruthless. Horrible customer service and blamed us for the crack stating there had to be an imperfection prior to entering and they have a sign that states they aren’t liable. I rarely write negative reviews, but this has been one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve had — not just once, but twice. The first time I visited with my husband and kids, the rear wiper of our minivan was broken during the wash. One of the staff members promised us a free one-year membership as compensation, then said they would fix it — but none of that ever happened. It was all empty promises. If you listen to any advice on the internet, please DO NOT visit Crew Carwash. Our car was severely damaged when coming off the track while being “washed”. We watched the surveillance video with the on duty manager who assured us that we had done nothing wrong and that the company would definitely cover the damages. One week later we hear from Customer Support that “the only way for a vehicle to climb the conveyor wall in this manner would be if there is a problem with the vehicle’s alignment” and that they are not responsib... read more
LOVE crew, but can we please have, I don’t know, a half second or more to put our cars in neutral before you shove us into the tunnel?
Staff is very friendly, and the car looks like brand new afterward!
