Absolutely worst experience ever. I have been to 4 different locations from east Washington st. In Indy to Anderson and now Muncie. Staff ignored my questions about gift cards and membership packages. Forgot that the vacuum is not free. Paid to much for a basic carwash just to use the vacuum.
Very clean place and all ways nice service.
The bay that I was in vacuums did not hard work. They need to go through and check these as this has happened to me more than one time
Quick and friendly. There wasn't much of a line.
