Decent job washing my vechile and the staff are always friendly. I cannot stress how much I hate being pushed for the upsell EVERY time I go through. I buy the book wash and I hand them the ticket which has a number on it. You would think its obvious that I bought the book not the unlimited for a reason and also that I have more left in the book and that I am going to use the remaining tickets in the book and not buy unlimited.
