I wish my iron would go up so I can donate
I was provide excellent expedient service today from the Crew Carwash team.
I came in for a rewash because it had rained the day before, but Jackson was rude and refused to honor the rewash policy. It was frustrating because I was simply trying to use a service that was supposed to be available. Thankfully, I left and came back later, and another employee was kind, professional, and helped me without any issues. I appreciate her excellent customer service, but my interaction with Jackson was disappointing and could have been handled much better.
Never a big wait, always nice and helpful.
