Signed up for the unlimited services and have been twice in the past two weeks to get the winter salt off our Pilot. Does a nice job cleaning the Pilot but for whatever reason the Crew drying system does not do a good job drying the Pilot. Maybe it does cars better than SUV's but that is my one disappointment.
Car was clean
Cohen was great! He went above & beyond after my daughters car was egged! After going through the wash he scrubbed her car for her in the self service bay because it didn’t all come off. Amazing young man.
Absolutely the best carwash I've been to in Indiana!!! Definitely need one in northeast Indiana. They give you a receipt so if you aren't satisfied with the wash you can go through again. You won't need to though. My car is black and was covered in road salt, I went through once and my car was spotless. And the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend Crew Carwash. 10/10
