I am currently in line. I’m the unlimited line. That’s furthest to the end. We have been sitting here for almost 20 minutes. Finally, a black lady came out and helped. Should’ve let everybody through. That’s been sitting here for 15 minutes, but instead, we have to sit here in no longer not coming back to this location ever again.
Truly wish the DOUBLE DUTY sign holders would be more efficient... really tired of the first one waving that sign at me and getting stink eye when I don't move because the car in front of me is DEAD STOPPED! IM not moving up a stopped vehicle. I won't . Bad idea
Very professional
The machine ripped the back bumper from my car and snapped it in half. The helpful manager that took the report told me "I wouldn't go out and get it fixed" implying that they were not going to pay, and I should drive my car with no back bumper. I used to have two unlimited memberships. Now I have none. Also, the body shop told me the car wash was why the clear coat was damaged and brushed looking. They advised against its use. Nevermore
