Staff kept saying that they were going to call for a referral and two weeks goes by and still no referral. In a lot of pain and can’t even schedule the surgery due to staffs in ability to do there job.

If I could leave a zero star rating I would but since I cannot I will have to give them a one star rating. The staff is very unprofessional. They decided on my care without my knowledge. I called and spoke with someone asking for the doctor to call me back in December 2023 and as of today, 20 February 2024 I am still waiting for his call and for an appointment date and time for my procedure.

I went to Crestwood Vein Center to get ultrasound. I talked to the doctor. That part was good and everyone was nice. I had to schedule another appointment in three months. I forgot my appointment and for days I called and they never called me back. I had to go down there to find out the date for the appointment. When I arrived no one was at the desk.
