I live at Crestwood apartments I wouldn't suggest nobody stay over here because they don't fix anything they get you off the phone say they going to come fix it I've had so much problems with this these people they are slum lords. I have had so many problems when it rain it floods it rains inside my apartment I have more rain inside of my apartment that it has outside then they are going to come tell me we'll bring you the wet vac they going to bring me the wet vac and then they never show back up now you tell me who does th... read more
This place is horrible been out of water for well over a week they still havent fixed my sliding glass door we have put work order after work order and they keep telling us they will get it fixed and then they dont fix anything
I been living here for about a year. They won't fix anything. We pay monthly for pest control to never show up. An going on 3 weeks no hot water Don't rent here
I live at these apartments they don't want to fix anything and rush or brush you off when you try to explain in a respectful way what is wrong. Mine and my neighbors apartment floods when it rains hard the water comes in and ruins the floor and my stuff and my neighbors stuff nothing gets done about it only get told if I'm not happy in my unit then I can move wrong in so many ways I wouldn't wish this on anyone it's hell working hard for a place to live and call home when it could be fixed if the management would listen to t... read more
They fired a person bc their son crashed into a wall when that's not his fault he's a baby and he was the only actual worker their that fixed stuff we had many interactions with bugs and stuff like when it rains bad water leaks through the doors and last time it flooded it in number 70 bad fix it
