I've lived here for 5 years and only leaving because I'm moving out of state. Affordable rent, safe neighborhood, and the best neighbors I've ever had. If you walk up the hill behind the apartments there's a really nice park, and down the street you have Cravings coffee and Barbur World Foods (both walkable, if you feel up to it). No drama with management, I paid my rent, put in requests as needed, and was left alone. The washing machine apps are iffy, sometimes you have to start it a few times for it to work.
